Avanza Sports Teambuilding at the Rafa Nadal Academy: A Productive Start to the New Season
At Avanza Sports, teamwork and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. To kick off the new season, we brought our team together for a 3-day retreat at the Rafa Nadal Academy in Mallorca. This annual event allowed us to focus on improving performance, planning new projects, and aligning on our goals for the year.
Mornings were dedicated to strategy sessions, where we discussed new ideas and set the stage for an exciting season. Afternoons gave us time to unwind and strengthen our bonds through fun tennis and padel matches in the world-class facilities of the academy.
Beyond work, this retreat helped us grow stronger as a team, creating the energy and motivation we need to continue delivering exceptional sports experiences. We’re ready to take on the 2024 season with renewed passion.
