Methodology, coaches, pathway: how we build our sports camps

At Avanza Sports, we work with 15,000 players per season around one consistent approach: bring the methodology of world-class sports organizations closer to young players, guided by coaches from those organizations.

Our camps are built around three connected elements: a structured methodology, expert coaching and a clear pathway to further experiences.

Methodology: a clear foundation for development

Each program starts with the training methodology of the organization behind it.

Our Rafa Nadal Academy tennis camps focus on recognition, anticipation, competing under pressure and emotional control. These elements help shape how players read the game and respond to the challenges of competition.

Our Real Madrid Foundation football clinics follow the Foundation’s own training methodology, bringing its approach to young players in a regional camp setting.

Coaches: connecting players with the methodology

The coaches delivering each program are central to our approach.

Rafa Nadal Academy coaches lead our tennis camps, while Real Madrid Foundation coaches lead our football clinics. Their involvement connects players directly with the organizations behind the methodology and the expertise needed to put it into practice.

Pathway: taking the next step

A great camp also gives players somewhere to go next.

Through the Rafa Nadal Academy in Mallorca and the Madrid Experience at Valdebebas, young players can move from a regional camp into the environment where the methodology was born.

These experiences extend the connection established at camp, giving players the opportunity to explore the training environment behind each program.
